Carmel Pecans

1/2 Cup Pecans
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Butter

Mix butter and brown sugar together and bring to a boil. Add pecans and mix until creamy. Pour on parchment paper to dry. Sprinkle over ice cream. (Best with white chocolate gelato)
